WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We accept free returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact. For hygiene reasons, lingerie and underwear cannot be returned if the hygiene seal is broken.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To return an item, contact our team with your order number. We’ll provide free return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after we receive the item.
DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?
