We deliver across Morocco within 2–5 business days depending on your city. Orders placed before 2 PM are usually shipped the same day. Agadir deliveries can arrive as fast as next-day.

Yes — orders of 700 MAD or more ship free, provided the order contains at least 2 items. Otherwise, delivery is calculated from your city (19 MAD in Agadir, up to 45 MAD for remote regions).

Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a WhatsApp message and email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status from your account page.

Yes — you have 14 days from delivery to return unworn items with original tags and packaging. Contact us to initiate a return and we'll guide you through the process.

If you need a different size or color, contact us and we'll arrange a free exchange. We'll ship the new item as soon as we receive the original back.

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount is credited back to your original payment method.

Each product page shows available sizes. For clothing we carry XS to 2XL, and for shoes sizes 39 to 45. Check our size guide for detailed measurements, or send us your measurements on WhatsApp and we'll recommend the right fit.
