We currently ship to every region of Morocco. International shipping is on the roadmap — drop us a line at contact@pullshka.com if you'd like to be notified when we open your country.

Orders placed before 15:00 (GMT+1) on a business day are prepared the same day and handed to Ameex Express the next morning. Weekend orders ship on Monday. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available for every Moroccan address. You pay the driver directly when your parcel arrives — keep the exact amount ready to make delivery quick and easy.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to return items in line with Moroccan distance-selling law (Law 31-08). Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Full conditions and the step-by-step process are on our dedicated refund policy page.
Quick summary
- Free return pick-up by Ameex within Casablanca, Rabat, Agadir, Marrakech, Tangier.
- Outside those cities, the customer covers return shipping unless the item is defective.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection.
- Final-sale items, swimwear and intimate apparel are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want — this keeps things simple and avoids stock holds.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at contact@pullshka.com or +212 661323172. We'll open a claim with Ameex and replace the order or refund you in full.
