1. Identification of the seller

This website and the PULLSHKA brand are operated by Younivo LLC, a company registered in the United States. Retail operations and order fulfilment in Morocco are carried out by STE PULLSHKA SARL, registered in Agadir, Morocco. Contact: contact@pullshka.com · +212 661323172.

2. Agreement

By accessing or using pullshka.com you agree to these Terms of Sale. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment — for example in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. The sale contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are shown in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include any applicable VAT. Shipping fees, where charged, are added at checkout and shown separately. We accept the payment methods listed on our payment methods page. Payment is taken at the time the order is placed.

5. Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery times are indicative and start from the day the order is dispatched. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery by the carrier. Detailed zones and timelines are listed on our shipping page.

6. Right of withdrawal & returns

In accordance with Moroccan consumer-protection law (Law 31-08), you have seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery to withdraw from a distance-sale contract without giving a reason. Items must be returned unworn, with original tags and packaging. Full conditions and the return process are explained on our refund policy page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

7. Customer obligations

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information, to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to access accounts that are not yours, scrape pricing data, or interfere with the operation of the site.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, product photography, brand names, designs, logos and source code — is owned by STE PULLSHKA SARL or its licensors and protected by Moroccan copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercialise any of it without our prior written permission.

9. Warranty

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects in accordance with Moroccan law. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, and alterations carried out outside our atelier are not covered.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, STE PULLSHKA SARL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages — including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss — arising from use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, carrier disruption, government measures, public-health restrictions or natural disasters.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Agadir, Morocco, without prejudice to consumer-protection rules that may grant the customer a more favourable jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force on the date you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The latest revision date is shown at the top of this page.
